做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
